Position Summary:
Organizes, coordinates and administers employee benefits and functions for assigned entities of Guthrie Healthcare and/or Guthrie Clinic. Responsible for monitoring employee benefit enrollment and reporting benefit statistical information. Responsible for daily administration of all benefit transactions and coordinates processes with third party administrators, insurance company, benefit plan providers and the payroll function.
Education, License & Cert:
HS Diploma/GED Required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of two years' experience working in a human resource or benefit function. Microsoft Office proficiency required.
